What do you say in an emergency
When you call use a mobile so you can get tracked. When you call 111 you must first ask for ambulance. The call handler will keep you talking until the patient has been to the hospital. In that time the call handler will ask you for info about what happened and where you are. They will then give you instructions on how to look after the patient until the ambulance arrives. It is important to stay calm and speak clearly.
